With over 22 years in the fitness industry—and 15 as a personal trainer—I’ve dedicated my life to helping others achieve life-changing results. I fell in love with fitness at a young age and knew it was my purpose to use my experience to guide and inspire others. I’m a fully qualified personal trainer with a Level 4 strength and conditioning certification, and I’ve earned thousands of hours on the gym floor working directly with clients. That hands-on experience has shaped me into a truly high-level, results-driven coach who knows what actually works in the real world—not just on paper.
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from NHS professionals to Olympic gold medalists and champion bodybuilders. I’ve also competed in bodybuilding myself, so I understand the commitment and discipline it takes to reach peak performance. I specialise in body transformations, combining proven training methods with personalised nutrition.
I’ve helped thousands of people of all ages and abilities unlock their potential. And as a busy dad myself, I know exactly how hard it can be to juggle family, work, and fitness. I understand the early mornings, the lack of time, the exhaustion—because I live it too. That’s why I know firsthand how to make fitness fit into real life, not take away from it. I haven’t always been into fitness — in fact, before I had my daughter, I’d never even stepped foot in a gym.
After having my second child, I began noticing signs of postnatal depression. I had experienced it before after my son, so I recognized the symptoms early on. My anxiety was high, and honestly, I felt like I was living in someone else’s body I started doing short home workouts, just trying to feel a bit more like me again. I was too nervous to go to the gym at that point, but little by little, things began to change. Before long, I fell in love with fitness — with the lifestyle, the progress, and most importantly, with myself.
That passion inspired me to become a personal trainer. I wanted to help other mums and women experience that same sense of empowerment, strength, and self-belief. Now, my mission is to show families that it’s possible to overcome mental barriers, balance family life, and still achieve every goal you set for yourself. I dedicate my time and energy to every client I work with, guiding them through every step of their journey. Together, we push past doubt and create real, lasting change.
